Mark W. Petro is a financial advisor and a licensed insurance agent, having actively held his insurance license since 1995, when he began working with seniors in Pittsburgh and their Medicare insurance and Long Term Care planning needs. During 1998 and '99 Mark gained extensive knowledge and career experience serving in the back office of a very accomplished life insurance agency in Pittsburgh, where he learned field underwriting and life policy issuance processes, as well as gaining knowledge of advanced estate planning strategies. Mark’s financial services career path evolved into full-service financial advisory in 2001 as a Financial Advisor with UBS PaineWebber in Erie, PA. In 2002 Mark established Lakeland Investor Services, Inc., a wealth advisory, financial planning, and investment management firm located in Conneaut Lake, PA, and has served as the firm’s President since that time. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Mark's wife Soevi assists in the family business. In their leisure time, Mark and Soevi enjoy cottage-style gardening, cooking, and golfing and are avid fans of Pittsburgh’s professional sports teams. Mark is a man of devoted Christian faith, a family man and father of three wonderful daughters; Galyn, Helen, and Janelle.
